Steven Frey is the President and Founder of Frey-Moss Structures. Steven has been in the modular building industry since he was a teenager working with his father and with Frey-Moss since 1992. During challenging times, his unflappable nature and proven business acumen have grounded the company with a sense of security and stability. He communicates and advocates Frey-Moss’ initiatives, identifies project risks and proposes solutions, mentors younger staff, and is committed to continuing to grow Frey-Moss’ clientele by educating on the benefits of modular buildings.

Steven resides in Conyers, GA with his wife. They have seven children and thirteen grandchildren that they enjoy watching grow

Dale Ellard, Vice President and General Manager at Frey-Moss Structures, has been integral to Frey-Moss’ growth and success since joining the team in 1994. Dale has been in the modular building industry since 1980 and his leadership and guidance has prepared the company to excel at building modular structures. Dale manages not only the plant, but also the field operations and the office. Beyond just focusing on the construction aspect of modular buildings he is a visionary with a can-do attitude.

Dale lives in Rutledge, GA and enjoys spending time with his wife, their two children and his two brand new grandbabies. When he’s not in the office, Dale and his wife love to go mountain biking and hiking.

Brandon Ross, Director of Sales & Marketing at Frey-Moss Structures, has over two decades of experience working with rapid construction programs. Brandon’s expertise in business development, data analysis, market planning and budgeting, to deliver timely, consistent, cost-effective, hassle-minimizing solutions for Frey Moss clients.

Throughout his career, Brandon has been both in the field and in conference rooms, managing builds, onboarding customers, and negotiating and developing sales of modular buildings for multi-site developments for Frey-Moss. Beginning with the company as an assistant buyer in 1994, Brandon has leveraged his business acumen, determination, charm and passion for both people and construction to work his way up and across the organization.

Energetic and hard-working, Brandon prides himself on being available to his customers and employees 24/7, to help ensure their projects are completed on-time and on-budget.

Brandon has an Executive Certificate in Business Administration from The University of Notre Dame Mendoza Business College.

As Sales Manager, Anthony R. Adams assists Frey-Moss Structures clients navigate their entire modular construction project, from initial contact through successful delivery of the customer’s uniquely branded product.

In his second decade with Frey-Moss, Tony has served in multiple roles across the organization, including working hands-on in the manufacturing and engineering departments, coordinating builds on-site and crafting designs and contracts that fit individual client needs.

Outgoing, energetic and collected, Tony is committed to Frey-Moss’ culture of developing lasting relationships with their customers by building trust and remaining an eager partner for both present and future projects. Tony helps achieve this by providing each client with his honest assessment of any proposed project – even if that means recommending against it.

Tony resides in Georgia with his family where they especially enjoy camping-centered traveling and exploring, which has become something of a family tradition. Closer to home, the Adams clan loves cheering on the local MLS team, Atlanta United FC.

For more than twenty years, Ed Dugan, Engineering Manager at Frey-Moss Structures, has negotiated, designed, permitted, manufactured, and delivered the highest quality modular construction for clients across North America.

Hard-working and a team player, Ed prides himself on his willingness to fill any role within the company and do whatever it takes to get the job done. Accordingly, over the years Ed has worn many hats, including engineering draftsman, quality control, sales, and management.

In his prior post as Information Resource Manager, Ed had the responsibility for ensuring every quote, estimate, contract, work order, and change order in the firm met the needs and expectations of Frey-Moss’ customers.

With his current position managing the engineering department, Ed coordinates efforts across the company, working with the sales department to clearly identify the request, with Frey-Moss’ in-house engineers to design a top-quality final product, with its draftsmen and detailers to produce instructions for the manufacturing facility, and with state and local authorities to ensure the project will comply with all codes and regulations.

Ed resides with his family in Conyers, Georgia, and in his free time, enjoys sports cars and golfing.

Engineering Manager

Chief Financial Officer, Secretary & Treasurer, Will Atkinson relies on over 30 years of financial management experience in his stewardship of Frey-Moss Structures’ internal administration, overseeing everything from human resources, benefit management, contract review and regulatory compliance to accounting, financial planning and corporate governance.

The “man behind the curtain,” Will ensures that Frey-Moss continues to thrive financially and his routine duties include managing all accounting and treasury functions, administering the company’s investment programs, directing insurance and other benefit programs, reviewing and approving all contracts with customers, vendors, governments and third-party consultants and ensuring all required licensing is obtained for each project.

Prior to accepting his current position with Frey-Moss in 2003, Will served two years as Vice President of Operations for Gober Paint & Contracting, Inc. and 15 years with Lanier Worldwide, Inc. as Director of Finance for Mergers and Acquisitions, Director of Financial Planning and various other Account and Finance Manager positions.

Will credits his success to his strong work ethic, commitment to honesty in all of his interactions and unfailing loyalty to both the company and his coworkers.

Together with his family, Will resides in the Atlanta, Georgia area, and when they can find the time, he and his wife enjoy overseas travel, particularly to Italy and Spain.
