Position: Financial Analyst, Full-Time Regular

Job Overview:
As Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Chief Financial Officer to oversee all aspects of financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Excel and problem-solving functions, possess a basic working knowledge of accounting and financial statements, and able to work independently to provide analysis and solutions for ad-hoc projects. This position will be a hybrid between financial analyst functions with some accounting responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and present financial findings to the CFO
- Assist in preparation of monthly sales and use tax returns
- Maintain various business licenses and associated bonds
- Maintaining fixed assets and depreciation schedules
- Reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts
- Assist in monthly close process and posting of journal entries
- Ad-hoc analysis and projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in a finance or accounting department
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Must be authorized to work in U.S
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
An Excel test and basic financial statement questions will be part of the interview process.

Pay Range: $60,000 to $70,000 per year (depending on education and prior experience)
