Medical Insurance Benefits
Frey-Moss Structures offers group medical insurance coverage. In addition, we pay a portion of your premium to afford the employee a policy at a significantly discounted rate from what may be purchased on the open market. We offer several different plans that you may select from based on your needs.

Vacation
Frey-Moss Structures encourages employees to take annual vacations for their own well-being and as recognition for their service to the company. Employees earn vacation according to the following schedule. Other rules will apply.
- 1 week after 1 complete year of service
- 2 weeks after 2 complete years of service
- 3 weeks after 8 complete years of service
- 4 weeks after 15 complete years of service
Continuing Education
Frey-Moss Structures, Inc. offers reimbursement of expenses for books and classes taken by employees provided the class pertains to the employee’s job and is pre-approved by management. Certain restrictions apply.
401(k) Plan
Frey-Moss provides participants with matching funds to your 401k account based on company performance. In simple terms, the 401k is a retirement plan where employees are allowed to contribute money from their weekly pay. Your account will earn based on your allocation of investments. Besides building retirement funds, contributing to your 401k reduces your current taxable income and helps you keep more of your hard-earned money now. Your 401k money is not taxed until you withdraw it. All practices of this plan are subject to government regulations and will change as mandated by law.
